Q:Where are the products shipped from and how long will it take to deliver to the US?
A:All products ship from Shenzhen. Normal delivery time: 10–15 working days. Customs clearance and local delivery within the US take about 7–10 working days. Shipments may be delayed by 2–3 working days during major holidays in China and the US. We recommend placing your order 1~2 weeks in advance.Delivery only available for the contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Q:Do I need to pay shipping fees? Is free shipping available?
A:Shipping cost for orders to the contiguous US is calculated based on item weight and delivery address. Orders with a discounted total of $40 or above qualify for free shipping.

A:Order cancellation or address change is only available before the package is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel your order. Please email us immediately if you need changes.
Q: Can I return or exchange items if I’m unsatisfied? What is the time limit and process?
A:Returns & exchanges are only accepted for defective products. Cross-border shipping is costly and complex, so non-quality issues (personal preference, size mismatch, change of mind, etc.) are not eligible.
Time limit: Submit request within 30 calendar days after delivery (per logistics system record).
Valid quality issues: Damaged on arrival, wrong/missing items, material inconsistent with description.
Process: Email susheng@maiyemagic.com to apply → reviewed within 24hrs → return to the exclusive address provided after approval. Do not ship to other addresses.
Return shipping: We cover the cost, up to $15 reimbursement. You pay upfront; excess is on you. After delivery, send order number, tracking number and shipping receipt. We will refund the shipping fee in 3 working days.
Refund timeline: Refund initiated 3–5 working days after warehouse inspection approval. PayPal funds arrive in 1–3 working days. Failed inspection: item sent back with no refund.
Non-returnable: Custom products, holiday goods ordered within 7 days before festivals, manually damaged items, non-quality related returns.
